P.A.L.M. Squad (Puppets Alive for the Lord Ministry)

The P.A.L.M. Squad is an inter-generational group of Christians age 9 and up who enjoy sharing God's love and gifts in a fun, unique and effective format. Our mission statement is "Hands that serve to bring hearts closer to God." Please prayerfully consider joining us for one of the most joyful ways to worship! Adult Bible Study

This bible study meets at 9:00 a.m. at the church three Wednesdays each month for bible study and fellowship.

For those interested in history and literature, this is the group for you. Each Tuesday morning this group meets to maintain and organize the records and resources of SOTH and its predecessor congregations.

Living Faith

This newly formed small group meets weekly for fellowship and conversation about living out our faith in daily life. As we face the challenges of busy lives, the group offers a respite where members will find listening ears and caring support for your journey.

Co-Recreational Volleyball

Come out and join friends and members for fellowship and fun. If you are in high school or older, man or woman, you are welcome to come and rotate into the frenzy of volleys, serves, and slams. Take time to meet others from church and enjoy the spring air. Games will be played on the lawn outside church.

Altar Guild

This group offers fellowship and friendship and is a key component of worship as they set up communion and altar flowers among other important duties.

Men's Dartball

They meet every Monday night at 7:30 p.m. from September to March. The SOTH team is part of a league of eight area churches. The game is like playing baseball with darts. Adult men will find support and camaraderie in this group.

Men's Fellowship

The group meets on the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at church. The breakfast often includes speakers on subjects relevant to men and is involved in planning fellowship events for the congregation.

Mom's Bible Study

Every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. moms take time out to nourish themselves with bible study, singing, and fellowship. Moms meet at the church and childcare is provided.

Young Adult Book Group

This meeting of young adults will explore books - both secular and Christian - that have something to say about living more peace-filled, fulfilling lives.

Martha Circle

Meets the second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm. at church. The focus of each meeting is bible study and fellowship.

Deborah Circle

Offers an evening of bible study and fellowship for women. The group meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. and rotates between members' homes. In addition, the group works on a variety of service projects throughout the year.

Ruth Circle

Gathers at the church or homes on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. for bible or book study.

Cradle Roll

Provides faith growing information and tools for all baptized children in our congregation until age three.

Prayer Chain

A group of people that communicate the prayer requests of our members within our church to pray for the needs of others.

FISH Pantry

Has been in Lockport for over 25 years and serves 500 people monthly. Together we help to fulfill what Jesus asked up to do "Feed my Sheep."

Shepherd Cafe'

Offers folks an opportunity to mix, mingle and get to know one another over a cup of warm comfort and a tasty treat after the 8:00 and 10:30 services.

Operation Christmas Child

In November, shoe boxes filled with toys, school supplies and hygiene items are collected for distribution to needy children around the world through Samaritan's Purse.

Crop Walk

Neighbors walking together to take a stand against hunger in our world. Together we raise awareness and funds for international relief and development, as well as local hunger fighting.
