Midweek Lenten Services

are held each Thurday, beginning at 7pm. The theme for the March 11th service is "To Help." Refreshments are served in the narthex immediately following the 30 minute service.

Please Join Robin Caldwell

starting Sunday, March 7th at 9:15am for a 6 week forum on the stewardship of creation. We will watch the new DVD series Earthbound: Created and Called to Care for Creation. We will look at how caring for the world is not just a popular fad, but an expression of love for God, as we fulfill what he has called us to do.

Preschool Presents - Books, Bows and Blossoms

For our spring fundraiser, the preschool will be having a Scholastic book fair and a bow and blossom sale. As well as books, homemade hair bows, headbands and flower accessories will be available. The Book, Bow and Blossom sale will be held in the Council Room - Sunday March 7th and 14th - 9am - 12:30 pm, Wednesday March 10th - 11:30 am - 1 pm, and 6pm - 8pm and Friday March 12th, 11:30 am - 1pm.

Confirmation Class

will NOT meet on Wednesday, March 31st, due to Holy Week.

Lockport Food Pantry

is looking for volunteers to help stock the shelves after they receive donations from a food drive on March 20, 2010. Please contact Amanda Grabenhofer.

Youth Bowling Party

March 21, 2010 the Youth will venture to Brunswick Lanes in Romeoville for bowling and pizza. The cost is $12 for an hour of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and pop. Please invite your friend along for an afternoon of fun and fellowship. Please contact Amanda Grabenhofer to confirm your space.

Spring is in the Air

The Property Ministry Team will soon be looking for help in cleaning up the property. So when the snow clears, get the gardening gloves out and come help make the property look pretty.
